Abstract

This paper evaluates cybersecurity policies across various nations, highlighting global best practices to combat cyber threats. The study utilizes a comparative analysis methodology, reviewing policies from developed and developing countries, with a focus on their adaptability, effectiveness, and resilience. Data were gathered from government reports, industry white papers, and case studies. The findings indicate that countries with comprehensive, multi-layered strategies integrating legal frameworks, public-private partnerships, and education initiatives demonstrate higher resilience against cyber-attacks. The study emphasizes the importance of international collaboration and continuous policy evolution in addressing emerging threats, offering recommendations for harmonizing global cybersecurity practices.
