AI Driven Seller Enablement: Using Behavioral Modeling to Improve Revenue Outcomes for Small and Medium Businesses

Abstract
This paper will discuss the role played by AI behavior modeling in enabling small and medium businesses to enhance their customer retention, customer conversion, and customer revenue returns. The study assesses the impact of machine learning models predicting loyalty, intention to buy, risk of churn, and promotion reaction with the help of quantitative analysis of more than a hundred thousand sellers of SMBs. The findings indicate that repeat purchases, campaign performance, and customer lifetime value are greatly improved, in which AI insight into the choice made by the sellers. The importance of uplift modeling, AI-CRM systems, and personalized recommendations is another aspect of strengthening customer relationships that is also noted in the paper. The results indicate that AI can contribute significantly to the development of businesses among the SMBs.
